Lenders will undertake a credit check, determine your equity position and asses your income.
You will need documentation proving that you can service the loan like payslips, group certificates and financials.
You will also need identification like passport, birth certification, driver's license, bank and credit cards, medicare cards, etc.
Your bank statement for the last 3 months and any loan statement for the past 6 months are also needed.
Interest rates change on a daily basis. Our goal is to get you the best home loan that you qualify for. We can’t really quote an interest rate until we know the complete story. And that will only take about 10 minutes of your time.
